The Picasso Garden apartment is situated a short walk to the Place des Vosges and close to many famous museums (Musée Picasso, Maison Victor Hugo, Musée Carnavalet, Centre Pompidou, etc.), and also near many charming boutiques, cafés, and fabulous fresh food markets.
This inviting Paris rental designed and renovated by its Parisian architect owners features hardwood floors and a large main space, similar to a loft in that it is both a living room and bedroom. It can be divided at night by a thick, silk curtain, creating a sense of both privacy and coziness. During the day, you can leave the curtain drawn back to reveal a large, streamlined room, with beautiful windows letting in sunlight and views. At one end, closer to the entrance, is a queen-sized bed placed over Japanese style bamboo matting, and at the other end is the living room and dining space, with a dining table and sofa that also folds out to become a comfortable queen bed, for additional sleeping space. Window seats overlook the beautiful gardens across the way.
The separate, up-to-date kitchen is fully equipped for enjoying the culinary delights of Paris. There is a gas stove, modern appliances, and plenty of counter space. The modern design bathroom has a large Italian-style walk-in shower with a shower bench and elaborate tiling and a separate W.C. (connected to the main bathroom).

About The Area
Covering Paris’ central 3rd and 4th arrondissements, the Marais is the oldest neighborhood in the city, where medieval roads and architecture now contain designer boutiques, intimate museums, hip cafés, and hidden gardens. Just down the street from the Hôtel de Ville city hall, the Pompidou museum exhibits a wonderful range of modern art on four, expansive floors. In the center of the Marais, thanks to its historic Jewish heritage, you’ll find take-away and sit-down falafel restaurants and delis aplenty, including the world-famous L’As du Falafel, the newer Miznon, and ever-popular Sacha Finkelsztajn deli. Pick up a sweet treat from Pierre Hermé, Café Pouchkine, or L’Éclair de Génie and enjoy it in the calm sunshine of Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, or escape the crowds at the hidden Rosiers-Joseph Migneret garden. History buffs will appreciate the Musée Carnavalet, a history museum dedicated to the city of Paris, as well as the fascinating Musée des Archives, both troves of rare documents and artifacts.
