Genevieve, Elise, Erin and Ariel, Erica’s amazing Haven in Paris team, have visited all of the Paris properties and some of the Provence, London and Tuscany properties. They hope to be able to visit the rest of them shortly! In the meantime, they will defer to Erica for precisions when necessary. Erica has spent extensive time in Italy and a good amount of time in London (as has most of the team) and we will be happy to answer all of your questions and concerns.

All of the Haven in Paris team are American and have lived, or spent considerable time, in France. Most of the team speaks fluent French. Erica is currently learning Italian!

Upon your arrival there will always be someone on site in your apartment or villa to greet you, settle you in, give you a detailed tour of the property and make you feel immediately at home. Your contact lives close by and is just a phone call or short ride away to troubleshoot, problem-solve, or simply to offer suggestions or recommendations. Additionally, we are available in our US office and can be reached by email or phone at any time, for any reason, during your stay.

All of our caregivers are individually tested and approved by Haven in Paris, villa and apartment owners, or recommended directly by guests themselves.
