My husband and I had a magnificent time in Paris! The apartment was stunning! Our Driver Michael was very pleasant, punctual, and informed. Our greeter Evelyn was charming, delightful, and helped us navigate our entry to the apartment, as well as to Paris, even accompanying us on our first grocery shopping sojourn! The entire team of Haven in Paris has been wonderful to work with, and when we travel in the future, we will most definitely contact you to help us arrange for an apartment - in fact we have already decided that we would very much like to re visit the apartment Penthievre! So chic, elegant, so very clean and nicely appointed. |

We stayed at the Penthievre apartment for a week in July. This apartment is fabulous and also very comfortable. It is better than staying in a suite at George V, which we have done in the past. The apartment is on a quiet, residential street in an upscale area . There are several choices for grocery shopping nearby, ranging from gourmet to standard. The metro is a few blocks away. Security is great, as there are two entry doors, and a double lock on the apartment door. The kitchen is very functional, and there is a washer and dryer. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the apartment was never hot or stuffy, The beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water for baths and showers. The apartment very clean when we arrived. We felt so chic and Parisienne staying in this wonderful apartment. |

The apartment was lovely and the location excellent. We spent a wonderful week here with our children and really enjoyed the apartment. It was great to have space to spread out and the outdoor space on the terrace was something to look forward to at the end of the day. Why HiP? I had been looking for an aparment through several sites and found HIP through google. I really loved the apartment online and through a few short emails was able to secure the rental. It was very simple and I would do it again. |

The apartment was absolutely incredible - and just perfect! It far exceeded our expectations, and we could not have been happier! Evelyn was wonderful - incredibly gracious. Our stay in the Penthievre apartment was wonderful! Evelyne, our greeter, was completely delightful, gracious and so helpful. We were also very pleased with the excellent services provided to us by Gregory and his team (airport transportation, a 3-hour Paris 'monument tour' with Gregory, drop off and pick up (even accommodating a change of time) at Versailles, and a half day trip to Giverny. Thank you so much again for making our Paris holiday so special. It was a pleasure planning our holiday with your team, and we really felt well supported, which is most important in a rental in another country. Would be most pleased to recommend Haven in Paris, in the most glowing terms, and will definitely share this with our travel agent, who connected us with you. |

I cannot thank you enough for everything. The apartment was amazing and more beautiful than l could have ever imagined. Looking at the photos on your site, the apartment looked beautiful, but you always wonder if the photos are better than the reality. But this was not the case at all. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year if you will have us! On top of the amazing apartment, I really feel so lucky to have met Mika. She is such a fantastic girl, and really went out of her way to make things special and was full of wonderful ideas on where to shop and have coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Please thank the owners for allowing us to pretend for a short time that it was our home! Thank you all again for everything. |

Our stay at the Penthièvre apartment was very enjoyable. The reservation process through Haven in Paris was very efficient and simple. Our greeter was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and is nicely equipped and very comfortable. We found that we spent much of our time on the lovely balcony overlooking the street. The building is ideally located with easy access to the metro and also ideal for those, like us, that enjoy walking. I would recommend without reservation this apartment as well as Haven in Paris. |

The apartment is beautiful, beyond our expectations, and fantastic location. Our taxi pick up Michael and greeter Evelyne were both very helpful and friendly and made our arrival into Paris very pleasant and stress-free which is sometimes difficult traveling with two young girls. We have been traveling to Paris for 30 years and usually stay at the Four Seasons George V. This was an excellent substitution, I could only have wished for a sous chef. The natural sunlight streams in most of the day, the large rooms provide lots of room to roam and the small but efficient kitchen was perfect for the occasional meal. |

We spent almost 2 weeks in March 2010 in the Penthievre Apt for my 14 yr old daughters spring break. It was our first experience renting an apt in a foreign city and I can say it was a total success. The apt was elegant, classic, very up-scale. Beautiful antique furniture and moldings, modern kitchen and baths. Gorgeous building. Looks just like the photos except it is even bigger. Evelyn, our greeter was waiting when we arrived. Would definitely call Haven in Paris again, can't wait to go back! Why HiP? We wanted to be within a short walk to the home of a HBS friend of my husband. I looked on dozens of web-sites. I found few rentals within the 8th or 16th to choose from. When I saw HIP website it looked to me like a very legitimate operation. The apt looked lovely and elegant and I was not disappointed. I think you are running a high class, reliable operation and I would not hesitate to recommend you and use you service again. |

The apartment is fantastic and beautiful, our greeter Evelyne was very nice and polite, and gave us a super detailed tour of the apartment. Our driver was nice , too, he works for David (young guy). I congratulate you on having such a professional business, I love renting flats with you, and will continue doing so every time I come to Paris. |

I would love to say that the Penthievre apartment was such a great decision we took. First of all, it was very spacious and uncramped like many of the apartment you might find in Paris and second the location was perfect. It was a walk away from rue St. Honore, there was a metro just around the corner and a few minutes away from the Champs Elysees! We also liked that the apartment was fully equipped and had everything we need and might need. Even though there was no air conditioning we were provided with mini cooling fans that were as cold. The decor of the apartment was just beautifully done and very french and cute, also there was plenty of storage space and closets. Another thing was the safety, it was a very safe area to live in and no one could get inside the building only if they were authorized. Another thing I'd like to mention was our greeter Evelyne, as I said before and will say again, she is a very sweet woman and we really enjoyed dealing with her. We also loved that whenever the cleaning lady would clean the house she would put fresh flowers in the dining area which was really beautiful. I also would like to say that the apartment is not located in a busy street, and because we had to open the windows at night for cool air, we were never disturbed by traffic sounds or anything of that nature.** Finally, we really enjoyed our stay and we really loved your treatment with us throughout the whole time, even before the stay making sure everything was right and while we are there checking in on us and after we left making sure we enjoyed. It was the best treatment ever and I have already recommended your company to a lot of family and friends who are planning on going to Paris for the future. Keep up the great work. **Note from Haven in Paris: Air conditioning has since been installed in the bedrooms. |
