Our family enjoyed our stay in this elegant and very comfortable apartment. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay, the location was excellent, our greeter was well informed and helpful and we found the links on your website very useful for services, in particular taxis services, during our stay. Why HiP? We had rented through your agency on another occasion and had been impressed by the service and range of accommodation. |

We enjoyed your St Peres apartment - it worked well for us and is a terrific location as we could walk to many things and the Metro is very close. Olivier Fourcade was our meeter and he was very helpful especially as we left some clothes hanging in the wardrobe and he had located them and is sending them onto us in Australia. We also engaged a French tutor for our 11 year old daughter through Cristina Fournier at Progressio which I saw on your website. Our tutor was delightful so it a successful experience. |

Perumal met us at apartment and he was on time and very gracious! Only downside was the Nespresso machine was not working. They did send out a repair guy asap, but the machine again quit working after 7 cups or so. We love coffee so we were a tad disappointed. However, the location was fantastic! The accommodations were very nice. The beds were comfortable, it was spacious and the A/C worked well. I would stay here again for sure. All in all a wonderful place and an excellent location with a wonderful greeter. A+:} Note from HiP: We are dismayed to hear that the Nespresso maching was not working for your entire stay. It will be repaired or replaced for future guests. Why HiP? A/C and location. |

The St. Peres apartment was wonderful - the A/C was a huge benefit during a week of temps in the high 90's. Kitchen is compact but well organized, location is great, beautiful bed linens! Floor to ceiling windows running the entire length of the apartment were utterly charming and a great window onto the neighborhood. When closed, the apartment is very quiet and private. |

We had a wonderful time and the apartment made our experience more pleasurable! The apartment was very well appointed and convenient to many attractions and the metro station. A nice quiet neighborhood and building. The entertainment area was great and able to accomodate a larger group easily. Yann was very nice to work with, and helped make our experience seemless in France. All of the staff was very accomodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend using the Haven in Paris group for apartment rentals. I would not hesitate to use the facilities that Haven in Paris has available. I will use Haven in Paris for future trips Why HiP? We found the site on the internet and after pursuing a few options we were impressed with the professionalism of your organization. |

We had a wonderful stay in Paris again this trip! Of the 3 places we've stayed the past 3 years (Ecoles, St Germain Luxe, St Peres), my husband Eric and I enjoyed the awesome location of St Peres best of all. Lovely neighborhood and locale!! Easy access to everything we wanted to do really. Yann (our greeter) was very helpful, friendly, and did follow-up with us on a couple initial questions/needs we had. I must admit we did miss having all the detailed HIP literature there at the flat, though there were plenty of up-to-date guidebooks available at the property. We luckily had access to the Internet through our personal laptop, but having a computer there in the flat would be ideal if possible. Sounds like this is indeed in the works though, which will be great. (**Note from HiP: A Mac computer will be coming in June or July 2009, as well as a detailed guide of the apartment.) The Nespresso machine was SUCH a bonus, as we are huge daily espresso/latte consumers and in the past had to seek out a daily morning java spot. NICE touch!! Overall an amazing place and stay in Paris. Thanks again for your assistance and follow-up. |

You, without a doubt have the finest rental service in Paris. We very much enjoyed our stay in Peres. What a luxury in the perfect location! THANK YOU. We had a fabulous stay! The furniture was comfortable, the decor beautiful, the balconies wonderful. Maybe a small chair to put on one of the balconies would be a nice touch. It was sooo nice having free phone calls to the USA. The bathrooms were wonderful. Having shampoo, conditioner, and soap there was so nice. Thank you for that!! The fact that the apartment is air conditioned REALLY came in handy one day. It was so hot out, so we were thankful. So overall, I would come back anytime. I was impressed by the apartment and really enjoyed myself. The location was phenomenal. |

The apartment we leased on Rue de Saint Peres was just lovely; it far exceeded both the website's description and our own expectations. It was elegant and beautifully appointed with everything one could ask. A four star experience. The neighborhood - St. Germain - was just the best to spend time in and get to know. Our Haven in Paris experience was just that and I both highly recommend the firm and the experience of renting over hotelling, and I will re-rent again on my next trip. Merci Haven in Paris. Why HiP?
