Thank you so much for a perfect stay in Paris. We didn't want to come home! We have had the most wonderful and memorable trip with our 3 daughters and felt extremely at home at Four. We were immediately struck by how luxurious every thing felt. The furnishings,art works bathroom products and particularly the bedding were divine! When traveling we would normally stay in 5 star properties and this was no compromise. We did notice there was no rug in the living room as shown on the website. The cleaners did a wonderful and thorough job. We had 2 cleans in our time there which was a lovely surprise. We loved every bit of it and can't wait to return. We would most certainly recommend Haven in Paris to any of our friends in Australia and would love you to include some more properties in Provence. We would love to return there but only with the Haven in Paris standard! Thanks again. |

The property was excellent and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was a little small but very manageable. The location was very nice and convenient to transportation, museums, etc. The experience made us feel like we actually lived in Paris and we will do it again. Why HiP? There was a consistency and professionalism with the group that made me feel comfortable in the process. All questions were answered within a day which is very helpful when planning a trip. |

We had a wonderful trip to Paris, and the apartment was one of the reasons. We felt much more like we were living in Paris than visiting...much better than a hotel! The space was bright and pleasant. Having a nice living room and dining room was a real plus. It allowed us to gather for breakfast and snacks. The bathrooms were well appointed with lots of fluffy towels, soaps and other luxury hotel like items. The kitchen was small, but fully equipped, including dish soap, sandwich bags, garbage bags, etc... The washer and separate dryer were a real plus! The location was great! The drivers recommended by Haven were prompt and courteous. I never could have found an apartment like this in Paris without you! |

This was by far the most professional and responsive reservation process I experienced with this kind of firm. The service and organization were impeccable from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The flat was lovely and ideally located. Supermarket, car parks, restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, underground are all within minutes walk. Upon arrival everything was ready and clean and the representative who showed us around was very cordial and helpful. Having lived in Paris for 21 years, I was of course familiar with the area which is why I chose it. I know live in Geneva. Rue du Four is extremely well located ands literally walking distance to most Parisian landmarks. Why HiP? Initially found through a Google search. The quality of the website and the speed and the top quality treatment of my request for a quote way surpassed any other similar firm I contacted. |

Yann, the greeter, was charming and helpful. The apartment is lovely, and well provided - although it could do with more glasses (we had to put the dishwasher on more than would have been necessary had there been more). The provision of soap, toilet paper and adequate dishwasher and detergent etc was appreciated - we have rented many apartments and these are not always provided. The décor was beautiful. Thanks again - a lovely apartment, and Yann was very pleasant indeed. |

Let me just say... Haven in Paris was a delight to work with. Erica and Laura walked us through the process with confidence and put our renting blindly anxiety at ease. Every step was seamless. As for the apartment...the pictures are great but the true Parisian feel, from the beautiful decor, the location, the attention to detail, the greeter Marc, everything was perfect. And the location is second to none in the 6th just off St. Germain des Pres near the famous literary intersection of Deux Magot, Brasserie Lipp and Cafe Mondrian. You can walk to a number of patisseries as well as a Monoprix and the ever exciting Le Bon Marche and for the gourmand and lover of wine Au Bon Marche. It was the perfect end to a memorable vacation in France. We had an extraordinary visit to Paris this time and this lovely apartment was the heart of it all. Every little detail, from the awnings to the art, makes this a perfect spot from which, and in which, to appreciate the City of Light. Merci beaucoup! Why HiP? After searching for properties in Provence for an extended stay I happened upon Haven in Paris after renting in the south of France. I wish I would have found them sooner and I am lucky I found them when I did for the rental in Paris. Personally, when searching for rental properties in Paris I will not only rent Rue du Four again I will deal exclusively with Haven In Paris. They were that good. |

We loved Paris, and what a great area rue du Four is in! The location is terrific for kids. The people on site were very helpful and replied quickly to any request we had from repairs to restaurant recommendations. Marc (ou greeter) has been very helpful and is a pleasure to have around. Kudos to them. Nearby retaurants were fun, if typically expensive. le Zinc and Le Procope were favorites. The local pizza places were fun for the kids.
