This charming vacation rental located near the famous Bon Marché in the heart of St. Germain des Prés on the Left Bank in Paris boasts 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, in addition to its own private garden (approximately 100m² / 1100ft²).

This lovely spot is the perfect base for exploring all of central Paris on foot. Weather permitting, you can dine and relax in your private garden, a true haven of tranquility after a day of sightseeing in central Paris.

This vacation apartment is on the ground floor of a 17th century Parisian building and retains its original stone walls and wooden beams. Quiet, cozy, and attractively furnished, the apartment was decorated with care by its Italian owner with a mix of antiques, modern appliances and comfortable couches and chairs. The charming main room has a sofa that makes a comfortable double bed. There is dining area in the same room with a table and four chairs, cable TV (including CNN/BBC) and a radio/CD player. The small but well equipped kitchen has a microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, burners, toaster, all utensils and dishes, and a washing machine and separate dryer. There is a full bath with toilet, sink, tub and wall mounted shower off of the main room.

The flat has two full bathrooms; one with a tub, American shower, toilet & sink, the other with a walk in shower, sink & toilet.

From the main room, French doors open onto a large terrace with garden furniture, and, of course, the private garden. Across the garden (which can only be accessed through the apartment and is very safe and private) is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, and the second bathroom with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

This original arrangement is perfect for two couples, families or friends traveling together. Please be aware that you do need to go outside and through the garden to get to the separate bedroom.

There are three metro stations (Sèvres Babylone, Saint Germain des Prés, and Saint-Sulpice) and numerous bus lines are all within a two block radius of your Paris vacation rental. The renowned department store Bon Marché, two supermarkets, specialty shops and open air markets (Paris' first organic food and produce market on Bd. Raspail every Sunday morning) are steps from your flat.

This apartment is located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Paris; Saint Germain des Prés/Left Bank.

From your holiday apartment you are perfectly situated to walk to all of central Paris. You are a short distance from Saint Germain des Pres, Musée D'Orsay, Musée Rodin, Rue de Bac, Latin Quarter, les Deux Magots, the Seine river, the Louvre museum, Ile St. Louis . Notre Dame, Saint Sulpice, Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon, Sainte Chappelle, Ile de la Cite and much more...

** Please note: We are happy to accommodate persons aged 16 and older in this property.
** Please note that the stairs leading down to the trash area of the building are steep and narrow. You can also leave trash outside when the bins are on the street. This is not something that is in the apartment itself.
** The white couch visible in the apartment pictures in the living room has been removed by the owner. Haven in Paris is in the process of acquiring more recent pictures of the property to reflect the apartment's new features. If you have any questions about the current layout and furniture of the apartment, please do not hesitate to ask us.
** The bedroom & second bathroom are located across the garden from the living room and kitchen. To access them, you will have to cross the garden beyond the living room.
** The kitchen in this apartment is small but charming and functional. You will be able to cook everyday meals. If you are planning on cooking elaborate meals and doing extensive entertaining, this may not be the right apartment for your stay.
