Your 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is adjacent to its 2 bedroom sister (they can be rented together as a 5 bedroom to accommodate groups of up to 12). Your Provence home is located in the heart of world renowned Côtes-du-Rhône on the famous "route des Vins." For wine aficionados and serious connoisseurs, this is the perfect location. Situated in the charming Provençal village of Cairanne - just a mile from the center of the village - you are just a short drive to the world-renowned regions of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueyras... the list goes on.

This gorgeous 125 acre (50 hectare) property has been family owned for over 200 years and your holiday will be spent in a quiet environment, while still at the center of a thriving vineyard. Made up of 2 separate villas, your 3 bedroom Provence rental shares an entryway with the 2 bedroom next door, but has its own private kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. Designed to sleep up to 7 adults (and we can provide a crib for babies), this lovely villa affords much more space and privacy than a hotel.

Your vacation rental offers all the traditional charm of Provence combined with contemporary design and modern amenities. The stunning grounds of your Provence holiday property include a shared swimming pool, where you can relax and refresh surrounded by Côtes du Rhône vineyards and overlooking Mt. Ventoux. Lounge chairs are provided, or simply stretch out on a towel in the grass surrounding the pool to bask in the sun.

Kitchen & Dining Area

• A master suite with a king bed (can be split into 2 singles), as well as a 3rd daybed & full private en suite bathroom with shower, sink, & toilet.
• Two smaller bedrooms, each with a king bed (can be split into 2 singles)
• Shared bathroom with shower & sink for the two smaller bedrooms, with a separate shared WC next to the bathroom
• Third WC downstairs next to kitchen

* Please note: When the beds are made up as kings, we use a high quality king-size mattress protector & linens so that you don't feel any separation between the two beds.

A private chef, cooking class, and other services can be arranged at an additional cost. In addition, the owners are happy to lend their expertise in providing ideas of things to see and do in the area.

**Please note: In the high summer season (July & August) the 2 & 3 bedroom Cairanne villas must be rented as a single 5 bedroom unit.
Please note:
** The swimming pool can present a hazard, particularly to small children.
** While this property affords you more privacy than a hotel, it is located on a working vineyard. There will be a few very discreet vineyard staff on the property during the work week. In addition, the pool and the larger vineyard patio is shared with the adjacent villa.
**Please note that for any check-ins after 19h30, an extra fee will be charged of 50€ to be paid in cash.
